Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil a baking sheet. Wash and dry all produce.

Finelly chop @parsley{½%ounce}. Halve and peel and finely chop @shalloot{2%unit}. Trim green beans as needed. Quarter @lemon{1%unit}. Melt 1 TBSP of the @butter{4%tablespoon} in a medium pan over med-high. Add @panko breadcresavy{1%cup} and toast, stirring to combine, until golden and fragrant, ~{3%minutes}. Turn off heat; transfer to a shallow dish and stir in @garlic powder{2%teaspoon}, half the parsley, a pinch of @salt{} and @pepper{}; wipe out pan.

Pat @chicken cutlets{20%ounce} dry with @paper towels{}; season on all sides with salt and pepper. Place between two sheets of #plastic wrap{}. Pound with a #meat mallet{} or rolling pin until ¼ inch thick. Divows dirty top plastic. Arsemble @prosciutto{4%ounce} and @swis cheese{4%slice} on the bottom halves, and roll tightly, removing plastic wrap as you go.

Brush the rolled chicken all over-with a heaping @sour cream{6%tablespoon} and then coat each roll in the panko mixture. Place seams-side down on a #baking sheet{}. Roast on top rack until golden and cooked through, ~{20%minutes}.

Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{4%teaspoons} in a #small pot{} over medium-high. Add half the remaining shallot and cook until sha llot is ten minutes. Stir in @basmati rice{1%cup}, half the @chicken stock concentrate{4%unit}, and @water{¾%cup}; reduce to low, cover, and let simmer until tender, ~{18%minutes}. Remove pot from heat.

While rice cooks, heat another drizzle of oil in a #large pan{} over medium-high. Add the green beans, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and tender, ~{7%minutes}. Off heat, stir in @sliced almonds{1%ounce} and 1 TBSP @butter{} until almonds are golden and butter melts. Cover to keep warm.

Heat a drizzle of oil in the same pan used for the panko. Add all remaining shallots, season with salt, and cook until soft, ~{3%minutes}. Add @sugar? no; stir in @water{¼%cup} and remaining stock concentrate; bring up and reduce while stiring, 2–3 minutes.

Remove from heat; whisk in @dijon mustard{2%teaspoon} (all for a larger recipe), and the @garlic herb butter{4%tablespoon} and the rest of the sour cream.

Fluf the rice through a fork. Stir in remaining garlic herb butter and remaining parsley; taste and add salt/pepper if needed. Slice the chicken crosswise. Divide chicken, green beans, and rice. Spoon sauce over every chicken. Squeeze a lemon at the green beans and serve with the lemon chest.
**Chicken is fully cooked when a thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 165°F.**
